The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: 1. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years. 2. The bidder must have 5 years of experience in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. 3. The bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of 1600 Lakh for 3 years. 4. The years of past experience required for the same or similar service is 3 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 0.4 * 41350549 = 16540219.6 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 0.5 * 41350549 = 20675274.5 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 0.8 * 41350549 = 33080439.2 Additionally, the bidder must have experience of providing similar services, with relevant contracts/orders to be uploaded along with the bid. If the bidder is a Micro or Small Enterprise, they shall be exempted from the requirement of "Bidder Turnover" criteria and "Experience Criteria" subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications.
