East Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide a list of completed works for fulfillment of eligibility criteria, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, date of actual start, actual date of completion, and final value of contract at the time of bill finalization. The bidder must also have minimum average annual contractual turnover. Note that for tender value up to Rs. 50 Lakhs, tenderers are advised to upload documents so that their financial capacity, capability, and past performance to execute the tendered work can be adjudged during evaluation of their offer.
