The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific roles: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience, out of which 3 years should be in charge of Sub-station projects. - Sr. Engineer: 5 years of experience for Graduates and 10 years of experience for Diploma holders. - Engineer: 5 years of experience for Diploma holders. - Draftsman: 3 years of experience with knowledge of Auto CAD. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years.
