East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing or substantially completing specific categories of work during the last 7 years. These categories include: 1. Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, 2. Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, 3. One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as the average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. This turnover is related to the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. Substantially completed work refers to an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. Work experience certificates are considered valid if issued by a Government Organisation or a Public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. Similar work is defined as Building work or Any work involving PCC/RCC.
