The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of work. The experience criteria include: - One completed work costing not less than Rs. 3.60 Cr or one similar work costing not less than Rs. 4.80 Cr, with the work being "Supplying installation testing and commissioning of furniture work". - For Facade Structural Glazing Work, the bidder should have experience in Institutional, office Building, or any commercial building having a Facade area of not less than 100 sqm. - For EPC tender under Mode-l and for all construction works, one completed work costing not less than Rs. 23,14,60,550/- executed with the structural system technology as proposed by the bidder during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least: - 40% of the corresponding specialized item for three works, - 60% for two works, - 80% for one work. For Major work (Civil), the tenderer shall associate specialized agencies that have satisfactorily completed: - Three specialized works of similar nature, each costing not less than Rs. 48 lakh, - Or two specialized works of similar nature, each costing not less than Rs. 72 lakh, - Or one specialized work of similar nature, costing not less than Rs. 96 lakh for waterproofing work. For customized furniture, the tenderer shall associate specialized agencies that have satisfactorily completed: - Three specialized works of similar nature, each costing not less than Rs. 2.40 Cr, - Or two specialized works of similar nature, each costing not less than Rs. 3.60 Cr, - Or one similar work, costing not less than Rs. 4.80 Cr for supplying, installation, testing, and commissioning of furniture work. The bidder should have completed one work costing not less than Rs.23,14,60,550/- executed with the structural system technology, as proposed by bidder. If the bidder does not have adequate experience of opted technology, they can associate with a contractor having requisite experience of executing work in structural system with the opted technology, with the associated contractor having successfully completed one work of opted technology having the cost of structural system not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender during the last seven years. In case separate cost of structural system of a particular technology is not available in the experience certificate of associated contractor, it will be taken as 30% of completed cost of project/work. For Architectural Consultancy, the required experience is as follows: - The consultant should have completed: - Three Consultancy works of similar nature, each involving either a built-up plinth area of a minimum of 6126 sqm or a project cost of Rs. 46,29,21,100/-. - Or two Consultancy works of similar nature, each involving either a built-up plinth area of a minimum of 9190 sqm or a project cost of Rs. 69,43,81,640/-. - Or one consultancy work of similar nature, involving either a built-up plinth area of a minimum of 12260 sqm or a project cost of Rs. 92,58,42,190/-.
