The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Successfully operating and maintaining a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)/ Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/ Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) for at least 12 consecutive months in the 10 years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date. * Developing and/or designing and constructing, in the last 10 years, 1 STP/ ETP/ CETP of at least 9 MLD Capacity. * For Category 1 projects, the entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed, and the capital cost of the project should be more than INR 16.65 Crores. * For Category 2 projects, the Bidder should have paid for execution of its construction works or received payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, fully, during the 7 Financial Years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date, with payments/receipts of at least INR 16.65 Crores. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: * A minimum of 26% equity share in the company owning the Eligible Project. * Payments/receipts of at least INR 16.65 Crores for construction works executed. * Capital cost of the project of more than INR 16.65 Crores for Category 1 projects. * The bidder must have prior work experience in development, design, and construction of Eligible Projects, with a total value of more than INR 166.51 Crores. * If the bidder is relying on a Nominated STP Sub-Contractor for the Project Specific STP experience, then 25% of the Threshold Technical Capability (INR 166.51 Crores) shall be met by such Nominated STP Sub-Contractor, which is INR 41.63 Crores (25% of 166.51). The bidder shall meet the remaining 75% of the Threshold Technical Capability requirement, which is INR 124.88 Crores (75% of 166.51).
