The eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender include: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder should have successfully executed/completed and commissioned any Power projects under Central/State Power Utility, Joint Venture Company of Central/State Power Utility, Major Qualified Transmission Companies (Transmission Licensee(s)) in India as a Prime Contractor or as a Member of Joint Venture in any one project within the specified time period. - The bidder must have designed, manufactured, type tested (as per IEC or equivalent standard), supplied and supervised erection & commissioning of at least two (2) nos. Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker bays@ of 345kV or above voltage class/ 220 KV or above voltage class / 110 KV or above voltage class (as the case may be) in one (1) GIS Substation or Switchyard during the last 7 years. - The bidder should have experience in design, engineering, welding of Metallic Materials, manufacturing & supply of power transmission, distribution steel poles, including galvanization. - The bidder should have completed construction of Bored Cast-in-Situ Pile Foundations for at least 02 (two) nos. of Tower locations (each tower location having 04 nos. of legs and each leg consist of minimum 03 nos. of Pile Foundations) having minimum 750 mm & above dia. and having minimum depth of 20 mtr. & above, below ground level with setting of stubs & earthing for 110 KV or 132 KV or 220 KV voltage class Transmission line on turnkey basis during the last seven (07) years. - The bidder should have experience in construction of transmission lines of 132 kV or higher voltage class in India, with a total length of at least 10 km. 2. Past Performance: - The executed value of such project in any One (1) financial year shall not be less than 10% of Estimated Contract Value of Instant Tender or Rs. 50.00 crores (whichever is higher). - The bidder's past projects must have been in satisfactory operation for at least two years as on the originally scheduled date of bid opening. - The bidder's past performance should be satisfactory, with a certificate issued by the Employer (Central/State Power Utility) certifying the operation without any adverse remark. - The bidder's past work should be in satisfactory operation for at least one (01) year as on the originally scheduled date of bid opening. Values and percentages mentioned: - 10% of Estimated Contract Value or Rs. 50 crores (whichever is higher) - 10% of the total number of monopoles - 7 years for experience in GIS Substation or Switchyard - 2 years for satisfactory operation of past projects - 10 KM (minimum experience for construction of transmission lines for same type of conductor) - 10 % (minimum percentage of monopoles required for experience) - 20KM (minimum total length of transmission line) - 750 mm (minimum diameter of pile foundations) - 20 mtr (minimum depth of pile foundations) - 50% (minimum cumulative line length of second circuit stringing experience required) - 1 year (minimum period of satisfactory operation for transmission line projects) - 2 years (minimum period of satisfactory operation for 33KV bays) Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender: - A power of attorney, duly notarized, indicating that the person(s) signing the bid has(ve) the authority to sign the bid and thus that the bid is binding upon the Bidder during full period of its validity. - Documentary evidence establishing that the Bidder is eligible to bid and is qualified to perform the contract. - Audited statement of accounts of the company for last five years of its own (separate) immediately preceding the date of submission of bid. - Certificate issued by the Employer i.e. Central/State Power Utility certifying the operation without any adverse remark. - Type test certificates from National accredited laboratory for GIS modules and SAS equipment. - Certificate of satisfactory operation from the Employer (Central/State Power Utility) or Joint Venture Company of Central/State Power Utility/Major Qualified Transmission Companies (Transmission Licensee(s)). - Manufacturer's Authorization Form (MAF) from the manufacturer, authorizing the bidder to supply, erect, test, and commission the equipment. - Performance guarantee certificate for the Sub-Station Automation System, valid for 5 years from the date of commissioning. - QA certification and associated documentation. - Manufacturer Authorization Certificate for the Conductor (Special conductor, AL59, HTLS etc.). - Certificate from Joint Venture Company of Central / State Power Utility / Major Qualified Transmission Companies (Transmission Licensee(s)). - Type Test Certificates from National accredited laboratory for SAS Equipment. - Manufacturer’s Authorization Form if the bidder is not the manufacturer.

The bidder must have an "A" Class license.
