Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing information on quantities of work executed, value of existing commitments, and value of works remaining to be completed. The bidder should have prior work experience with a minimum financial turnover of 40% in civil engineering construction works. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed works of single work-80% or double works-50% (each of double works) or triple works-40% (each of triple works) of contract value, as a prime contractor, with at least one single similar work of value not less than 80% of the work value, in any one year of the last five years. The work value is approximately Rs. 2,20,00,000.00. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover, the amount of which is indicated in Appendix-I.
