The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific values and percentages of the tender value. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature and size for any one year of the last five years. The bidder must have carried out a single work of similar nature of work for: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the tender value - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the tender value - One similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the tender value. Additionally, the required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with a value of not less than 50% or 80% of the tender value. Specifically, the bidder should have: - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the tender value - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the tender value. The bidder must also have satisfactorily completed works of: - Single work: 80% of contract value - Double works: 50% (each of double works) of contract value - Triple works: 40% (each of triple works) of contract value as a Prime Contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least the amount indicated, with a minimum of 40% financial turnover in civil engineering construction works over the last five years. The annual financial turnover amount is 40% of Work value only (of the last five years). Value of completed Single similar nature of work (Civil, sanitary, water supply & electrical work) is in any one year of the last five year is another factor. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of 40% (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) for an amount as indicated. The Total Volume of civil Engineering Construction work performed in the last five years is also a consideration.
