The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The options for similar works are: i. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.3,83,23,304.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project ii. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.4,79,04,131.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project iii. One similar work costing not less than Rs.7,66,46,609.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 4,79,04,131.00 (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs.0.00 Lakh (40% of electrification works) and similar Fire-fighting works for a minimum amount of Rs.0.00 Lakh (40% of the works) during the last 7 years. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years and have total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last seven years, and a certificate from a Chartered Accountant to support this information.
