The bidder should provide quantities of work executed as a prime contractor in the last five years, including the value of contract for each work performed. The bidder must also provide a certificate from a Chartered Accountant for the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 1,76,00,000 for a single work, with percentages of 80% for single work, 50% for double works, and 40% for triple works. The bidder's available bid capacity must be at least equal to the evaluated bid price.
