The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having carried out a single work of similar nature of work for Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the tender value OR Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the tender value OR One similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the tender value. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works of Single work-80% OR double works-50% (each of double works) OR triple works- 40% (each of triple works) of contract value as a Contractor in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of 40% for the amount indicated. The bidder should also demonstrate experience in works of a similar nature and size for any one year of the last five years, with the maximum value of these works executed in any one year during the last five years updated to the price level of the last year at a rate of 8 percent per year. The annual turnover must not be less than 40% of the work value.
