The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last Five years. 2. Work performed as prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years. 3. Quantities of work executed as prime contractor in the last five years. 4. Existing Commitments and on-going works. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the tender value. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the tender value. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tender value. Additionally, the annual turnover must not be less than 40% of the work value. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works of: - Single work: 80% of contract value. - Double works: 50% of contract value. - Triple works: 40% of contract value as a Prime Contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor.
