The bidder is required to have at least 1 single work order of value not less than 50% of the tender value, of similar nature of works under PHE department. The bidder should also have experience in similar nature of works in PHE department under Govt. of Assam, with a statement of total monetary value of construction work performed during the last 5 years under PHE Department, Assam. The average annual turnover of the contractor should not be less than 50% of the tender value, calculated over the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should submit a completion report or progress report of completion of requisite volume of work from the Executive Officer/Chairperson concerned. The bidder needs to submit a statement of total monetary value of construction work performed in the relevant department during the last 5 years. The bidder is also required to submit an abstract of Annual Turnover certificate for the last Five years. Furthermore, the bidder needs to submit a copy of a single work order having a minimum value, although the exact value is not specified in some instances. There is a requirement for the bidder to submit an undertaking for investment of minimum cash up-to 100% of the package value of the work performed during the implementation of the contract. The bidder should also certify that neither they nor their firm/company have abandoned any work in India nor have any contract awarded to them been rescinded during the last five years prior to the date of the bid. The bidder is required to submit a credential certificate for single similar work/quantity executed in a particular year from any employer of the Other Department, containing the full name, address, e-mail address, fax no. & mobile no. of the issuing officer and his head of the department for verification. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have at least 1 single work order of value not less than 50% of the tender value. The average annual turnover should not be less than 50% of the tender value. The bidder should also submit an undertaking for investment of minimum cash up-to 100% of the package value of the work performed during the implementation of the contract.
