The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor, with completed works of similar complexity over the last 5 years. The experience includes works in own country and other countries. The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works, including water supply and sewerage projects, pipe laying works, and installation of large capacity pumps. The bidder should have completed works of similar complexity, with a value of contract mentioned in the experience questionnaire. The value of similar works completed is required to be mentioned in the experience questionnaire, with the value of contract for each completed work. The bidder should have experience in executing works related to any Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) having completed work value equal to or more than 33% of the Value of Work. The bidder should have experience in construction of large water supply and sewerage projects, and experience in using heavy earth moving machinery, machineries for pipe laying, and installation of pumping machinery. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least 33% of the estimated contract value, in a single contract, at the price level of the year of bidding. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of civil engineering works in the last five years. In terms of specific values, the bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the bid value, and a solvency certificate for an amount equal to at least 25% of the estimated cost put to bid. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the average value of civil engineering works executed in the last five financial years, updated to the current price level. The bidder should have prior work experience of executing works of similar complexity, with a completed work value of at least 33% of the estimated contract value. The bidder should upload a scanned copy of the Completion certificate issued by the owner for completed works, which should include details such as the name of the employer, value of each contract, stipulated time of completion of the respective contract, percentage of works executed so far with money value thereof, and balance of work remaining to be done for each respective contract. The bidder is required to undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of works during implementation. The bidder should also have access to lines of credit and other resource facilities, with a scanned copy of evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other resources facilities (10% of contract value) certified by the bankers. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 33% of the Value of Work for completed work value in STP - 33% of the estimated contract value for completed works of a similar nature - 10% of the bid value for liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities - 25% of the estimated cost put to bid for solvency certificate - 25% of the contract value for investment during implementation - 10% of the contract value for access to lines of credit.
