The bidder is required to have prior work experience in execution of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)/ Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Common Effluent Treatment plant (CETP) with Design, Supply, Procurement and Construction within the last 07 (Seven) financial years. The bidder should have experience of satisfactorily completing a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) project of at least 1.0 MLD or more capacity with proven technology during the last 07 years, with at least one year of successful Operation and Maintenance. The bidder should also have experience in STP/ETP/CETP of at least 1.0 MLD in operation and maintenance, with the STP/ETP/CETP having been in successful operation for at least one year. The bidder should have completed similar works within the last 7 years. In terms of specific values and percentages, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, details of similar works completed in the name of the Bidder as Prime Contractor during the last five financial years showing year wise break up of value of work executed are required, supported with work done certificates. The bidder is also required to provide details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in each year during the last five financial years. Additionally, the bidder's rates should not be more than 15% higher or lower than the reasonable rates considered by the employer. If the bid price is considered unbalanced, the bidder may be required to deposit an additional performance security deposit for the amount of the unbalanced contract value.
