The bidder must have prior work experience in execution of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)/ Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Common Effluent Treatment plant (CETP) with Design, Supply, Procurement and Construction within the last 07 (Seven) financial years. They should have satisfactorily completed similar works of value not less than 60% of the amount put to bid at current price level, in at least one single project within the last 07 (Seven) financial years. The bidder should have experience of satisfactorily completion of civil construction work of minimum 50% of capex cost or more in any single project, and the project should be completed within 04 (four) years from the issuance of Work Order and within the last 05 (Five) Financial years in North-East part of India. The bidder should also have a minimum cumulative construction turnover of 50% of the bid value or more within the last 05 (Five) financial years. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10.00% per year to bring them to current price level. Additionally, the Technology Provider should have experience of satisfactorily completing an STP project of at least 1.0 MLD or more capacity with proven technology during the last 07 (seven) years, with at least one year of successful Operation and Maintenance. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is equivalent to 2.00% of the estimated contract value, and the Performance Bank Guarantee is 5% (Five percent) of the awarded value of the contract.
