Additionally, the average annual turnover of the contractor should not be less than 50% of the tender value, considering the average of 5 previous years. The bidder's prior work experience will also be evaluated based on their performance report of existing/completed works.
The bidder should have experience in works in AUWSSB & PHE Department during last 5 years, and should submit a copy of single work order of value not less than 50% of the package value of similar nature of works under AUWSSB & PHE Department.
The bidder's past performance during the last 5 years is taken into account, including records of poor performance. The bidder's financial soundness and turnover during the last 3 years are also considered.
