The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of a similar nature in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: * 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB (not less than one third of the contract value) * 67% of the DNIT value, in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB, as the annual financial turnover amount * 40% of the estimated quantity of major items as detailed in the online Bill of Quantities * 90% of the contract value as the completion rate * 10% per year based on rupee value to bring the cost of completed works of previous years to the present price level * 25% of the DNIT value as the minimum annual financial turnover for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers * 10% of the notified contract value as the minimum credit facilities requirement * 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract as the minimum cash investment The bidder should also have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate availability of key personnel with adequate experience, including Project Manager, Site Engineer, Plant Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Soil & Material Engineer, with specific educational qualifications and years of experience. The bidder should have completed a single similar work/quantity executed in a particular year. A certificate of similar nature of work done, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, is required. Additionally, a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, is also required.
