The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * For key personnel: + Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years + Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years + Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years (for degree holders) and 5 years (for diploma holders) + Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years + Socialist Specialist/Labour Specialist: 5 years * For construction experience in key activities, the bidder must provide information on the total contract amount, quantity (volume, number or rate of production), and percentage participation in the contract. * The bidder must have prior work experience in construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years, specifically as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: * Total contract amount * Quantity (volume, number or rate of production) performed under the contract per year or part of the year in the last 5 years * Total quantity in the contract * Percentage participation in the contract * Actual quantity performed * Amount in dispute and percentage of the net worth (mentioned in the Litigation History form) * Amount of performance security called (mentioned in the Performance Security form) * Total contract amount and the amount of the suspended or terminated portion of the contract (mentioned in the Environmental, Social, Health, and Safety Performance Declaration form) Specific values and percentages mentioned include: * The bidder must have successfully completed 2255 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024. * The value of similar work is not less than Rs 135.25 Lakh across a channel/river in a road project. * Substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work.
