The bidder should have satisfactorily completed ongoing similar works under Central Govt/State Govt organization/Central Public Sector Undertaking within the state, during the last 3 years ending the last day of submission of bids. The experience of having successfully completed ongoing similar works during the last 3 years, with a total similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, is required. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 28000000. Therefore, the bidder should have completed a similar work costing not less than 80% of Rs 28000000, which is Rs 22400000. The bidder should also have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. A total similar work, each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, is required. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar classes of work, and should submit details of all works of similar class completed, along with a performance report of the works. The bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs 15000000 on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidder should be a registered Class 1 contractor of PWD with prior experience in construction of solid waste management plant, material recovery facility, and waste to compost plant. The value of the work is mentioned as Rs. 280000000, and the completion period is 12 months. The bidder should have experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, and should have worked under the 15th Finance Commission Tied grant. In terms of specific percentages, it is mentioned that in case of ST, SC, and OBC/MOBC, the bid security (EMD) is 1%.
