The bidder should also provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, including description, place, contract number, name, value of stipulated work, value of works completed, and anticipated date of completion. In terms of specific roles, the required prior work experience includes: - Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years of experience, with 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. - Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years of experience, with 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. - Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years of experience for degree holders, with 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, and 5 years of experience for diploma holders. - Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years of experience, with 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. - Socialist Specialist/Labour Specialist: 5 years of experience, with 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned in the context of contracts that have been suspended or terminated, with details such as: - Total Contract Amount (Rs) - Suspended or terminated portion of contract (amount and percentage) - The bidder must have completed 90% or more of the works under the contract of similar work. The bidder should have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 465.20 lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years in civil engineering construction work. The bidder should also demonstrate access to or have available liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as Rs. 77.53 Lakhs. The bidder should have successful completion of at least 2183 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024.
