The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works of a similar nature and size. They should have completed works of a similar nature in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. The required experience includes work of a similar nature performed as prime contractor over the last five years, with details of project name, employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, and dates of work order and completion. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor in the last 5 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: * 1/3rd of the respective value of work * 67% of the DNIT value, in any one year, as the annual financial turnover amount * 40% of the estimated quantity of major items * 90% of the contract value as the completion rate * 25% of the DNIT value as the minimum annual financial turnover for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers. The bidder should have a certificate of similar nature of work done, completed in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, and a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge.
