The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - A minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the estimated cost of the package. - Completion of at least one similar work with a value of not less than one third of the estimated cost of the work. - A completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value for similar works. - Experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. - A list of existing commitments showing the value of remaining works. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - One third of the estimated cost of the work for similar work completion. - 90% of the contract value for completion rate of similar works. - 25% of the value of the work for minimum cash investment during contract implementation. - 10% of notified contract value for minimum credit facilities. - 10% per year for weightage of completed works in previous years. - Quantities of major items of work, including earthwork, GSB, WBM/WMM, Prime Coat, Tack Coat, and others, with specific quantities usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity.
