The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Continuous construction work over the past 5 years - Specific construction and contract management experience in the last 5 years - Similar contracts with information on contract identification, award date, completion date, role in the contract, total contract amount, and percentage participation in the total contract amount - General Construction Experience: The bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 180.216 Lakhs as a prime contractor in the last five financial years. - Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience: The bidder should have a minimum construction experience in specific key activities, such as successful completion of 28.01 MT of steel reinforcement, 15.2 Rm depth of pile, 148.98 cum of RCC work, and 2524 cum of earthwork. - Average Annual Construction Turnover: The bidder should have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 225.27 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years. - Experience in managing Environmental, Social, Health, or Safety (ESHS) performance. - Project-specific experience, such as maintenance of existing RCC bridges, replacement of distressed bridges, widening of existing narrow bridges, replacement of temporary bridges, construction of new bridges, and replacement of collapsed and/or washed out bridges. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - Total contract amount - Percentage participation in the total contract amount - Quantity (volume, number, or rate of production) performed under the contract per year or part of the year in the last 5 years - Actual quantity performed - The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 180.216 Lakhs, with a 5% per year increase to update the value to the price level of the financial year 2024-25.
