Construction of Subgrade and Earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrowpits, with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2 (including land compensation of earth) as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 305. (a) from private land

Excavation in Soil by Manual Means. (a)(Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres.)

Granular Sub Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table 400-2) ( Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse raded material, spreading in uniform layer with motorgrader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and co,acting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl. 401. Including all lead for carriage of materials from quarry to middle of the road. (ii) for grading II Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( Including all lead for carriage of materials from quarry toplant site and all lead from Plant site to Laying site.)

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means.) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) A. with bitumen emalsion-CSS- 1h

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ grannula surface cleaned with mechanical broom ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt.) ii) With bitumen emulsion- CSS-1 (IS- 8887-2004 )

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixedwith bituminous binder@ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (As per analysys-3) ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratoryas directed by the deptt.) Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder@ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel andalignment, rollingwith smooth wheeled,vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. Tree reflector made of heigh intensity grade retro-reflectorised sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting of 2mm/0.28mm thick firmly fixed with necessary galvanized nail.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Wire rope safety fence Barrier: Providing & erecting 4 rope wire rope safety fence barrier consisting of 4 tensioned galvanized factory prestressed steel wire ropes of 19mm dia. constructed of 3x7 (i.e.7 wires in a strand and three strand in each rope) having tensile strength of 1370 N/sqm with a minimum break load of 17.7 tons and supported by 5mm thick galvanized steel posts of 'Z' section with a standard section of 100mm x 55mm x 5mm. One upper rope is located within a central slot in the top of the posts and three ropes interwoven along the adjacent posts. The ropes are joined and tensioned by means of rigging screws and the ends of the ropes are attached to anchors embeded in the ground or surface mounted. The top wire shall be 930 +_30 from ground level to centre of wire and the posts shall be placed maximum 3.2 mtrs c/c including all end rope anchors, terminals, check ropes, tail ropes, soft eye connecting with D-Shackle complete as per technical specifications and as directed.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for one year.
