For similar work, substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract, with a contract value of not less than Rs. 387.23 Lakh for the construction of one RCC/PSC Girder Bridge with well/pile foundation having a span of 80 m in a road project across a channel/river.
The required prior work experience for the bidder's Key Personnel is as follows:
- Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years of experience, with 8 years in a similar position.
- Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years of experience, with 3 years in a similar position.
- Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years of experience, with 3 years for degree holders and 5 years for diploma holders in a similar position.
- Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years of experience, with 3 years in a similar position.
