Carrying out Sub Soil Investigation ( SSI), for all types of soil (except boring in rock) upto a depth of 30m or refusal ( N=100) for each foundation location as per IRC : 78-2000 and submission of SSI report to the Engineer in -Charge for approval. Preparation & submission of Design calculation & Drawings of foundations, Sub Structures, Super Structures as per relevant IRC codes and SSI report , 2 ( two) copies each of Design & Drawings of each Bridge to be submitted for approval and 8 (eight) copies after approval of competent authority.

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,wateringand compacting to the reqd. density( with all lead and lift upto site ) Grading II material

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearingcoarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 T capacity to yhe reqd. leveland grade.( with all lead and lift upto site )( Includingcost of testing of materialsat site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen (60/70 or VG-30Garde)and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes / hour .
