(i) Private Land

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (i) Private Land

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.) i) for Gr. II material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compaction to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Gr.II

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 – 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (i) Low Porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminious Macadam : Providing Laying bituminious macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder , transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with praver finisher to the requred grade , level and alingment and rolled as per cl. 501.6 and 501.7 to acheive the dessired compaction ( Including carriage upto initial lead of 5.00 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant).( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by Department.) A) Without antistriping Agent. a) with 60/70 or VG 30 Grade paved Bitumen . II) For Grading II

Semi Dence Bituminious Concrete : Providing Laying Semi Dence Bituminious Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder @ 4.50% to 5 % by weigth of total mix and filler, transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with praver finisher to the requred grade ,level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT $ H cl. 408, complete in all respect ( Including carriage upto initial lead of 5.00 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant).( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by Department.) A) With hydeated lime / Cement as filler (Refer table 500-9 of MoRTH@H specification ) a) With 60/70 or VG Grade Paved Bitumen II) For GR-II ( 10 mm Nominal size)

Planting of trees and their Maintenancefor one year Planting of Trees by road side(Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes,1mdeep dug in the ground , mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, fixing the trees guard and maintaning the plants for one year.

Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) i) 90cm equilateral traingle

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702
