The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing a similar work with a value of at least 1/3 of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The annual financial turnover requirement varies based on the DNIT value, with specific percentages applicable to different value ranges. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh in any one year. The value of similar work completed should be at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB. The bidder should also have completed quantities of work executed as a prime contractor of all main items of work described in the bid document in the last five years, with a minimum quantity of 40% of the estimated quantity in any one year. However, there is a relaxation in qualification criteria for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam, which includes a minimum annual financial turnover of 25% of the DNIT in any one year. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder must provide documents for one authentic single similar work, indicating the actual figures of cost and amount for the works executed without accounting for the escalation factors. The bidder should have evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities, with a minimum of 10% of the notified contract value.
