The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years is required, with the following specifications: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.1,31,76,664/- (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.1,64,70,830/- (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.2,63,53,327/- (80%) of the estimated cost of the project The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last three years. The bidder should have experience in similar works, such as projects comprising civil construction works of any Multi-Storied RCC framed structure above ground level, including finishing work, Sanitary & Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting work, all composite executed under one agreement/contract. Quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor will be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, and all other qualification criteria are satisfied in the last five years. The bidder's past performance will be evaluated, and they should have a record of completing works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
