The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.4,87,20,904/- (40%) of the estimated cost of the project * OR two similar works each costing not less than Rs.7,30,81,355/- (60%) of the estimated cost of the project * OR one similar work costing not less than Rs.9,74,41,807/- (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years. The similar work is defined as construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional / Non- Industrial building Project(s) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Fire-fighting, Lifts etc. For building works, the number of storeys for the purpose of definition of similar work may be taken as follows: - Upto three storeys buildings: No binding - Four to six storeys buildings: Minimum one building of two storeys Or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to two storey. - Seven to ten storeys buildings: Minimum one building of five storeys Or completing balance Construction work of one building. (i/c structural work) minimum up to five storey - More than ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of eight storey Or completing balance Construction work of one building. (i/c structural work) minimum up to eight storey In case the work involves construction of two or more basements, then it is to be stipulated in the definition of similar work that the agency should have executed one similar work with minimum one basement under one agreement. The bidder will be evaluated for experience in eligible similar nature of work with a maximum of 20 marks. The bidder must secure at least 50% marks in this section to be eligible for shortlisting. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed one similar work with minimum one basement under one agreement, if the work involves construction of two or more basements. The bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs.3,65,40,678/- (30% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2025. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.12,18,02,259/-, which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender.
