The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be of a certain value, which can be met by one of the following conditions: a. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project b. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project c. One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed 100% of the works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. Additionally, the bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover of Rs.721.85 L (50% of the estimated cost) on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1443.70 L, with the following percentages and values mentioned: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs.577.48 L - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs.721.85 L - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs.1154.96 L The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover, and solvency of minimum Rs. 577.48 L (40% of Estimate cost put to tender). The bidder should also have a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs.144.37 L (10% of Estimate cost put to tender). The bidding capacity of contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.1443.70 L, which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender.
