The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: i) Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project OR ii) Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project OR iii) One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years. The experience will be evaluated by scoring method, with a maximum of 20 marks. The list should include details such as name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement as per contract, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and litigation/arbitration cases pending/in progress with details. The performance report of the eligible similar works will be used to determine the value of performance of works for time overrun and quality.
