The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project The estimated cost put to tender is Rs.1443.70 L. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years. The bidder should have experience of having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years, with specific values and percentages mentioned as: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project: Rs.577.48 L - 50% of the estimated cost of the project: Rs.721.85 L - 80% of the estimated cost of the project: Rs.1154.96 L The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs.721.85 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three Consecutive years. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.1443.70 L, which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum Rs. 577.48 L (40% of Estimate cost put to tender) or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs.144.37 L (10% of Estimate cost put to tender).
