The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder must have completed: - Three similar works, each with a value of not less than Rs. 8,04,13,600 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works, each with a value of not less than Rs. 12,06,20,400 (60% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 16,08,27,200 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) These similar works should be in the field of "Construction of Institutional Building Works including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, firefighting, lifts etc." and should have been executed under one agreement for a minimum of one building of two storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (i.e., structural work) minimum up to two storeys. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years, with details of eligible similar nature of works completed, including the name of the work, cost, and other relevant information. The bidder must also submit a performance report of the works referred to in the forms.
