The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, with specific requirements including: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.288.74 L) - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.360.925 L) - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.577.48 L) The bidder should have 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the value of executed works brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder needs to have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years, with a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during this period. The required experience also includes: - Two Similar completed works, each of value not less than 50% of the Specialized works - One Similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the Specialized works - Three works of 40% value of the corresponding component of the specialized work in the last seven years.
