The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1443.70 L, with the following percentages and values mentioned: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs.577.48 L - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs.721.85 L - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs.1154.96 L The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder should furnish the list of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last seven years. The experience will be evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder, with a maximum score of 20 marks. The evaluation is as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between values.
