The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically in works of a similar nature over the last five years. The required prior work experience includes: * Total value of civil engineering construction works performed in the last five years: The bidder must provide a certificate from a Chartered Accountant for the total value of works performed in each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024. * Work performed as prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor: The bidder must provide details of works performed, including the name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. * Quantities of work executed: The bidder must provide details of quantities of work executed, including steel reinforcement, cement concrete, and brick work. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 5 years with the following options: i) Three similar works each costing not less than Rs 2,36,97,143.00 (40% of the estimated cost put to tender) OR ii) Two similar works each costing not less than Rs 3,55,45,714.00 (60% of the estimated cost put to tender) OR iii) One similar work costing not less than Rs 4,73,94,286.00 (80% of the estimated cost put to tender) The bidder should have completed similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
