The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. Similar Work means “Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement. The bidder should have completed construction works worth Rs.721.85L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) during the last three consecutive years. The average annual financial turnover should be at least 50% of the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.1443.70 L, which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidder's experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years will be evaluated, with a maximum score of 20 marks. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
