The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily 100% completing similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be of the following value: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, with a specific amount of Rs.288.74 L. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, with a specific amount of Rs.360.925 L. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, with a specific amount of Rs.577.48 L. Additionally, the bidder needs to demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, with specific values and percentages, including: - One Similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the Specialized works, - Two Similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the Specialized works, - Three works of 40% value of the corresponding component of the specialized work in the last Seven years. The bidder should submit a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years, along with performance reports, and the average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality shall be taken on the basis of performance report of the eligible similar works. The bidder's experience in eligible similar nature of work is evaluated, with a maximum of 20 marks assigned to this criterion. The bidder should have experience in similar and other major works, as per the field of their expertise, and should identify and deploy key persons having qualifications and experience in similar and other major works. The required prior work experience for the bidder is to be provided in Form-C, which includes details of all works of similar class completed during the last seven years, and a performance report of the works referred to in Form-C is to be provided in Form-D. The bidder is required to submit a certificate of experience, and the TDS amount shall tally with the actual amount of work done. The bidder needs to sign a separate MOU for each specialized work with either OEMs or specialized agencies that have credentials of executing similar works with specified values and percentages. To become eligible for short listing, the bidder must secure at least fifty percent marks in each section (including experience in eligible similar nature of work) and sixty percent marks in aggregate.
