The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works requirements are also mentioned as: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the specialized works, - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the specialized works, - Three works of 40% value of the corresponding component of the specialized work in the last seven years. The bidder should also have credentials of executing either one work of 80% value or two works of 50% value or three works of 40% value of the corresponding component of the specialized work. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
