The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar class of work, specifically "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement." The bidder should have completed similar works with a value that can be calculated and enhanced to the current costing level. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have completed works of similar class with a gross amount of Rs.721.85L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March, 2024. The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with 20 marks allocated for this criterion. The evaluation of experience in similar class of work will be done on a pro-rata basis, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed the works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned below during the last 7 (Seven) years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. In terms of percentage, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value that is at least 50% of the estimate cost put to tender. The bidding capacity should be at least 100% of the estimated cost of the work put to tender.
