The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific positions such as Project Manager, Site Engineer (Civil), Site Engineer (Mechanical), Site Engineer (Elect.), and Quality Control Engineer. The experience requirements for these positions are as follows: - Project Manager: 7 years as a Manager with a B.E in Civil - Site Engineer (Civil): 5 years with a B.E in Civil or 7 years with a Diploma in Civil - Site Engineer (Mechanical): 5 years with a B.E in Mechanical or 7 years with a Diploma in Mechanical - Site Engineer (Elect.): 5 years with a B.E in Elect. or 7 years with a Diploma in Elect. - Quality Control Engineer: 5 years with a B.E in Civil or 7 years with a Diploma in Civil The bidder should have satisfactorily completed 100% of the works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,07,81,220.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Or two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,34,76,526.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - Or one similar work costing not less than Rs. 2,15,62,441.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should demonstrate experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. The experience should be in the name of the bidding Company and not in Subsidiary / Associate Company / Group Company etc. Additionally, the bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 1,34,76,526.00 (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidder should also have a solvency of minimum Rs. 1,07,81,220.00 (40% of Estimate cost put to tender) or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs. 26,95,305.00 (10% of Estimate cost put to tender).
