The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The specific requirements are: i) Experience of having successfully 100% completed similar works, with the following options: a. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project b. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project c. One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1443.70 L, and the percentages and values of similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs.577.48 L - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs.721.85 L - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs.1154.96 L The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender. The details of eligible similar nature of works completed are to be provided in Form "C". The value of similar works completed is brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder's solvency should be a minimum of Rs. 577.48 L (40% of the estimated cost put to tender), and the bidder should have a net worth of minimum Rs. 144.37 L (10% of the estimated cost put to tender). The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 1443.70 L.
