The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The similar works should be of a certain value, which can be one of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with 20 marks allocated for this criterion. The evaluation is as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks for values in between are determined by straight line variation basis. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years in (Form "C").
