The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The similar works should be of a certain value, which includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have a minimum turnover of Rs.360.925 L (50% of the estimated cost put to tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed the works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned during the last 7 (Seven) years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The amount of similar works completed should be at least Rs.360.925 L, which is 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender.
