The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years. The experience will be evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder, with a maximum of 20 marks assigned for this criterion. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar work experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific amount or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned in some sections, but evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is given as 20 marks and can be evaluated as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis.
