The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: i. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.2,35,25,205.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project OR ii. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.2,94,06,506.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project. OR iii. One similar work costing not less than Rs.4,70,50,410.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than Rs.2,94,06,506.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project for two similar works, or not less than Rs.4,70,50,410.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project for one similar work. Similar work means projects comprising civil construction works of any multi-storied RCC framed structure above ground level, including finishing work, sanitary & plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting work, all composite executed under one agreement/contract. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned during the last 7 (Seven) years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The bidder should demonstrate experience and resources to meet the qualifying criteria for the contracts, with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last seven years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last seven years. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last seven years, including quantities of steel reinforcement, cement concrete, and brick work. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 2,94,06,506.00 (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum Rs. 2,35,25,205.00 (40% of Estimate cost put to tender) or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs.58,81,300.00 (10% of Estimate cost put to tender).
