The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the execution of civil engineering construction works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience criteria include: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 2,03,85,560.00 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 2,54,81,950.00 (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 4,07,71,120.00 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value for the similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last seven years. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last seven years, with specific values for each year from 2017-2018 to 2023-2024. The bidder should also provide details of work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, including the name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The bidder should also provide quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, including quantities of steel reinforcement, cement concrete, and brick work. The bidder is required to have completed at least 25% of the work within 6 months, 50% within 12 months, 75% within 18 months, and 100% within 24 months. A limit of subcontracting is 10% of the Initial Contract Price. The bidder should also provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which is 10% of the contract value. The bidder should also undertake to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the work. The bidder should have completed electrical work of Rs. 32.00 Lakh (Rupees thirty two lakh) in any one year of the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last three years. The calculation of available bid capacity is as follows: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A X N X 2 - B) Where A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last three years. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works (B) is considered in the calculation of available bid capacity. The bidder's experience is assessed based on the completed as well as works in progress, updated to the price level of the year indicated in Appendix-I.
